  • 5 custom social media posts with captions

  • Mini social media strategy guide

  • Professional website or landing page banner design

  • Unlimited revisions within project scope

2. Use of Our Services

By using our website or purchasing our services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent

  • Will provide accurate and complete information when placing an order

  • Will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Will not attempt to interfere with the operation of our site or services

3. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify and trusted third-party payment providers.

  • Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will begin your project according to the agreed scope.

  • For custom services, delivery timelines will be discussed during consultation.

4. Revisions and Delivery

We offer unlimited revisions within the agreed project scope to ensure you’re satisfied with the final result. Revisions outside the scope or after project closure may incur additional charges.

Deliverables (e.g., design files, strategy guides) will be sent digitally to your email unless otherwise agreed.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of custom creative work, we do not offer refunds once work has started.

However, if you wish to cancel an order before the design process begins, contact us immediately. Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion depending on the status of the project.

6. Intellectual Property

All original designs, guides, and materials created by GHALIGRAPHICS LLC remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

After payment, you are granted full rights to use the designs for personal or commercial purposes, except for resale of the original files as templates.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise requested.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services or materials without consent

  • Use our designs for illegal, hateful, or misleading purposes

  • Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others

8. Limitation of Liability
